I've spent my career in residential construction — first at Classic Builders, then through the acquisition by D.R. Horton, America's largest homebuilder. I've managed divisions, run jobsites, and overseen everything from lot acquisition to warranty closeout. As a CPA, I bring financial discipline to an industry that often flies blind on margins and cash flow.
